Karen: If things don't work out with Oleg, I would be happy to be your second "novice". I had 6 weekends with Purple Hayes on the Vedder last summer and this spring. My flat water rolls are getting respectable. I'm comfortable with the gammet of strokes in Level 2 rapids; eddies, ferrying and T rescues. So I am keen to develop flowing water rolls but I realize you may be all booked up. jim

Hi, I'm Jim, new (but not young) to the club. Very comfortable in level II currents, T rescues but I need to shine up rolls. Keen to move on to rolls in moving current. I would be happy to do the Vetter on Sunday if that would work. Is anything happening this evening at the Capilano TO? Thx. Jim
